Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was truly wonderful. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully designed with original hardwood floors and floor-to-ceiling windows, offering a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with the staff being polite, courteous, and incredibly helpful. The location was ideal, right across from the Riverwalk, making it convenient to explore the area. The dining experience, although good, fell short of expectations in terms of variety. The facilities provided everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
Staying at Hilton Palacio de Rio was a fantastic experience for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with lovely leather chairs, 12-foot ceilings, and wonderful wood floors. The incredible floor-to-ceiling picture windows added a special touch to our stay. It was a perfect retreat after a long day of sightseeing. However, the dining experience was a bit different from what we expected.
Staying at the inn felt like a cozy home away from home. The rooms were sparkling clean and welcoming, with high ceilings and a beautiful shower offering a nice view. The little personal touches like the journal of previous guests and complimentary champagne on New Year's Eve added a special touch. The morning breakfast, afternoon delicious cookies, and evening wine were delightful, enhancing the overall experience.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms were noisy due to music from nearby establishments and street noise, but they were tastefully decorated honoring a historical character of San Antonio. The shower was excellent, providing a refreshing experience. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, which made my stay enjoyable. The location was convenient, close to the Riverwalk and Alamo. However, the presence of homeless people in the area was a downside.
My stay at the hotel was a fantastic experience overall. The rooms were spacious with high ceilings, wood polished floors, and rustic furnishings that perfectly fit the hotel's vibe and location. Although a bit noisy due to the single-paned windows, the ambiance and amenities like morning breakfast and evening wine made it worthwhile. The location directly across from The Riverwalk was convenient for exploring the area.
